Is it safe to purchase online from Aira Bikini?
Absolutely! Aira Bikini is based in Melbourne, Australia, managed and run by a Brazilian. Aira Bikini uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders over $200.
Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yep! We have a 30-day return/exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange for any reason.

Can I still change my order?
Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please send us an email to email@example.com. We will see what is still possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking number is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the shipping company.
What if my shipping information is incorrect?
We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at the checkout point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order. So please triple-check the address provided before confirming your order. If you have entered the wrong address we recommend giving your courier a call and asking them to redirect it.
What is a pre-order item?
Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory, meaning it will be shipped as soon as it is available.
I ordered an available set with a pre-order, will they ship separately?
We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at email@example.com.
Will I have to pay any Duties and Taxes on top of my order?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please take notes about your country's customs charges and levies before placing an order. Sorry, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.
NOTE: If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to Duties and Taxes, your order will be sent back to the warehouse and we will process your refund request for the item value, less a return postage charge of $30USD (to cover return shipping due to your refusal) and a $15USD administration fee. This is non-negotiable.
