What is your returns/exchange policy?
We want you to feel confident and be happy with your AIRA experience. So, we have a 30 day return/exchange policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for any reason. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. For sanitary reasons try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns/exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
You will have to pay for postage to return the order to our HQ. We encourage you to use tracking on your order. You have 30 days from the day your delivery arrived to send them back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items and Final Sale (include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more) are not eligible for return.
Can I return/exchange Final Sale items or items purchased with a Discount Code?
All items marked as final sale, or with a Discount Code of above 15% have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so If you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric, please contact us on instagram, or email us at email@example.com and review your size chart before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.
What’s the first step to return?
Please, e-mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number, and items to be returned. Once your return is authorised you will receive next steps instructions and return address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What happens if my return/exchange is rejected by your returns team?
Any items received for return that are not in brand new condition will be shipped back to you. We are unable to refund/exchange on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping fees will need to be paid from you.
I just want to exchange my item. What do I have to do?
For alternate size/style the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once your items are inspected by the returns team, you’ll get your store credit notification via e-mail.
Please, e-mail us to email@example.com including your name, order number, and items to be exchanged. Once your exchange is authorised you will receive next steps instructions and return address.

How soon will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If so you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-5 business days to clear back into your account.
What to do if I experience issues with my item?
We are humans, mistakes happen. For faulty items please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a few clear photos to show the issue.
You will need to return the item in an otherwise original condition.
You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
What happens if I forget to collect my parcel from the Post Office?
If you forget to collect your parcel from the post office within 10 business days, it will be returned to the sender. If you would like to receive a refund for an order that has been returned to the sender, the refund will be less the shipping costs incurred (to and from). If you would like the order to be sent back to you, we will require a new shipping payment from you.
Will I have to pay any Duties and Taxes on top of my order?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please take notes about your country's customs charges and levies before placing an order. Sorry, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.
NOTE: If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to Duties and Taxes, your order will be sent back to the warehouse and we will process your refund request for the item value, less a return postage charge of $30USD (to cover return shipping due to your refusal) and a $15USD administration fee. Do you offer free returns?
As a small business, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. We strive to keep our prices competitive and affordable for our customers, and offering free returns would require us to increase our prices to cover the cost of return shipping and processing.
